Voting Protocol Proposals

Annual General Meeting (AGM)

• Each team shall be entitled to one vote.
• A proxy vote may be submitted by the Team Captain.
• A one-vote-per-team system helps ensure fairness and prevents policy decisions being influenced by unusually large attendance from a single team or club.

Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM)

• Each club shall be entitled to one vote.
• A proxy vote may be submitted by the Club Secretary.
